28.11.04 A mini band played at a private wedding in Leicester.

21.11.04  The band led a parade to mark the official opening of the Leicester Christmas Festivities from the railway station to the Clock Tower. Despite the slight drizzle, crowds soon formed to listen to the skirl of the pipes as we marched through the streets.

14.11.04 The band led the Remembrance Sunday parade in Quorn. Fortunately, it was relatively mild and sunny.

13.11.04. The band performed prior to kick off and again at half time at the  Walker's stadium of the Leiceter City Football Club. 

24.10.04. A mini band played at a private wedding in Leicester.

23.10.04 The band gave two displays during the Leicester Caledonian Society President's evening, held at Glenfield.

18.09.04/19.09.04  Weston Park, Shropshire Midlands Game Fair

The band played at various times in the main arena during the weekend.

12.09.04  Wilnecote Church Parade

A mini-band led a Royal British Legion Battle of Britain parade to the church at Wilnecote (near Tamworth).

11.09.04  Anstey Carnival

 The band led the parade of floats and dancers round the streets of Anstey and into the recreation ground.

04.09.04  Syston Carnival

 At 1.30pm, the band led the floats up the High Street and along Melton Road to Goodes Lane.The band also performed in the arena in Central Park after the floats had been judged.

 07.08.04  Evington Gala

 The band marched in to the park to mark the formal opening of the gala, followed by a display in the arena. This was followed by another display during the afternoon.  Most spectators kept a safe distance from the band (in the shade) in view of the sunny weather and 29 degrees centigrade temperatures !

01.08.04 Aylestone Fete

 The band played at the gala day to help raise funds (GBP 800.00 in fact) for the Leicester Royal Infirmary neo natal unit. A young boy, Ryan (now 8) proudly marched with the band in full Highland dress who was born weighing only 1 pound 10 oz. Sadly, his twin brother died after 24hours.

Despite the slight drizzle, the band opened the open-air concert   playing to an enthusiastic audience.

 The band played at various times during the day on both days, entertaining the visitors to the game fair.    

06.06.04 Dunkirk Veterans Parade - Leicester Cathedral

05.06.04 Ibstock Carnival/Fete

 The band opened the small fete and also performed in the centre of the park during the afternoon.

Easter Sunday and Monday were spent entertaining the crowds at the Gamekeeper and Countryman Game and Country Sports Fair at Kelmarsh Hall, Northamptonshire. The band opened and closed the event on both days and played at various times during the day in the main arena.
